Moldova'nın Ab Üyeliği Sürecinde Gagauz Özerk Bölgesi Bağımsızlığa Mı Yürüyor?

Abstract

1994 yılında Moldova devleti içinde özerk bir statü elde eden Gagauz Türkleri son dönemlerde bağımsızlık kartını çıkarmasıyla dikkatleri üzerine çekmiştir. Rusya Transdinyester ve Gagauzya bölgesindeki etnik ve kültürel kimlik farklılığını kendi lehine kullanarak Avrupa Birliği (AB) yolunda ilerlemeye çalışan Moldova'yı istikrarsızlığa sürüklemektedir. Transdinyester'in 20 yıldan fazla devam eden defacto olarak tek taraflı ilan ettiği bağımsızlığına, Gagauz Türklerinin Şubat 2014'te olası bir Moldova-Romanya birleşmesi ve AB ile ortaklık anlaşması olması durumunda bağımsızlığını ilan edeceğini duyurması Moldova'nın AB üyeliği yolunda önemli engellerden biridir. Gagauz Özerk Bölgesi yöneticileri Moldova'dan daha fazla ekonomik yardım almak için de bağımsızlık kartını Moldova'ya karşı kullanırken Rusya gibi güçlü bir devleti de kendisine hami olarak seçme düşüncesindedir. Türkiye, Gagauz Türklerinden Moldova'nın toprak bütünlüğünü bozacak hareketlerden kaçınmasını ve AB yolunda engeller çıkarmamasını istemektedir. Ukrayna'da AB yanlılarının sokak eylemleriyle Rusya yanlısı iktidara son vermesi Kırım'ın Rusya'ya bağlanmasına yol açmıştır. Moldova Komünist Partisi, Gagauz ve Transdinyester halkı Rusya'nın kendi çıkarları doğrultusunda Moldova'da sahneye süreceği müttefik unsurlardır.

The Gagauz Turks who had an autonomous status in Moldovan State in 1994 has attracted the attention by expressing their demands for independence recently. By using the diversity of ethnic and cultural identity in the region of Transnistria and Gagauzia in the favor of itself, Russia has caused the instability of Moldova which has been trying to make progress in European Union. That Transnistria has had its actual and one-sided independence for more than 20 years, The Gagauz Turks have noticed that they would declare their independence in the case of a possible union between Moldova and Romania and a partnership agreement with EU on February, 2014 is one of the significant obstacles on the way to the European Union in terms of Moldova. While the leaders of the Gagauz self-governing region have reflected their opinions about independence towards Moldova to get more help in terms of economy, They have been thinking of selecting such a powerful country like Russia as a protector of themselves as well. Turkey requests the Gagauz Turks to avoid the actions which harm the territorial integrity of Moldova and causing any obstacles for EU. That the EU-sided people ended the Russian-sided power by protesting in the streets has resulted in the connection of Crimea to Russia. Moldova Communist Party, Gagauz and Transnistria are the allies of Russia in the direction of its interests in Moldova.
