Alt sosyo-ekonomik düzeydeki boşanmış bireylerin ikinci evliliklerine ilişkin sosyolojik bir çalışma -Elazığ örneği-

Abstract

Bu araştırma, boşanma sonrası insanları ikinci evlilik kararına yönelten nedenleri, alt sosyo-ekonomik düzeydeki bireyler üzerinden açıklamaya çalışmak maksadıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu amaçla boşanma sonrası ikinci evliliğini gerçekleştiren 46 katılımcı (23 kadın ve 23 erkek) ile görüşmeler yapılıp, veriler oluşturulmuştur. Görüşme grubu; Elazığ ilinin sosyo-ekonomik anlamda alt düzeyinde bulunan kişiler olarak belirlenmiş ve yine bu grubun içerisinde ikinci evliliğini gerçekleştirmiş kişilere uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların; ilk evlilik deneyimleri, boşanma, boşanma sonrası süreçleri ve ikinci evliliklerine ilişkin algıları ve değerlendirmeleri incelenmiştir. İncelen veriler ışığında ikinci evliliğini gerçekleştiren alt sosyo-ekonomik düzeydeki kadın katılımcılar ikinci evliliği; boşanma sonrası yaşamış oldukları gelir kaybı, yeni bir hayat için gerekli olan maddi ihtiyaçlar ve ekonomik sorunlardan kurtuluş olarak değerlendirmektedir. Erkek katılımcılar ise ikinci evliliği; boşanma sonrası kaybedilen aile düzenini tekrar sağlamak, (varsa) çocukları için gerekli olan anne ihtiyacını karşılamak, yaşanılan yalnızlık duygusundan kurtulmak ve boşanma sonrası kaybedilen toplumdaki evli erkek statüsünü tekrar kazanmak olarak özetlemektedir.

This research was designed to try to explain the reasons for the decision of second marriage after the divorce through the individuals at the lower socio-economic level. For this purpose, interviews were made with 46 participants (23 women and 23 men) who made their second marriage after the divorce, and data were formed. These interviewers were identified as the individuals who are in the lower socio-economic level in Elazığ and this interview was applied to persons who made their second marriage. First marriage experiences of the participants; their divorce and their post-divorce processes, perceptions and evaluations of their second marriages were examined. The second marriage of the female participants in the lower socio-economic level, which realized the second marriage in the examined data, they consider the loss of income they have had after the divorce, the material needs for a new life, and salvation from economic problems. On the other hand, male participants summarize the second marriage as; to restore the family order which degenerate after the divorce, to provide the mother's need for their children (if any), to get rid of the feeling of loneliness, and to regain the married male status in the society which is lost after the divorce.
