Postmodernizm tartışmaları çerçevesinde özne sorunu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada modernite karşısında olumlu yada olumsuz tutumları içeren postmodernizm tartışmaları temelinde özne sorunu incelenmiştir. Konu Aydınlanma düşüncesinden başlayarak günümüze kadar modernlik projesinin temel vaatleri ve bu vaatleri ne ölçüde gerçekleştirdiği üzerine geliştirilen tartışmalar çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Bu konudaki tartışmalar JJ. Rousseau'ya kadar geri gitmekle birlikte, can alıcı eleştiriler kökenini Nietzsche'in düşüncelerinde bulmaktadır. Modernliğin Postmodern eleştirisi, Metodoloji, Araçsal Akıl, Bilgi, Tarih, Meşruiyet ve Ahlak sorunları bağlamında irdelenmiştir. Bu tartışmalar esasen Nietzsche, Frankfurt Okulu Düşünürleri, Foucault, Lyotard, Derrida ve Touraine'in modernlik, üzerine görüşleri çerçevesinde geliştirilmiştir. Tezin vardığı en genel sonuç modernliğin "soyut evrensel özne"sinin bu tartışmalar aracılığıyla yerini giderek somut bir özne'ye bırakmakta olduğudur.

this study, the problem of the "subject" on the basis of the discussions of postmodernism which involve either positive or negative attitudes towards modernity. The subject has been ascertained within the frame work of the arguments concerning the basic promises have been realized and which have began from Enlightenment thought up to now Althought these arguments might be traced back to J. J. Roussean, the most critics found their roots in Nietzchian thaught. The post modern critigue of modernity was examined in terms of the problems of Methodology, Instrumental Reason, Knowledge, History, Legitimacy and Ethics. These arguments were basically developed in the framework of the opinious of Nietzsche, Thinkers of Frankfurt School, Foucault, Lyotard, Derrida and Touraine about modernity. The main conclusion of the thesis is that the "abstract and universal subject" of modernity has increasingly left its place to "concrete subject" through these discussions.
