| dc.description.abstract | Sağlık sektöründe verimlilik ve kaliteli hizmet sunumunun gerçekleştirilmesinde, sağlık hizmet sunumuna yönelik doğru tespitlerin yapılması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Sağlık sektöründe hizmet kalitesinin arttırılması ve çalışan memnuniyetinin yükseltilmesinde, sağlık sistemine yönelik performans değerlendirmenin doğru ve sağlıklı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Sağlık sektöründe performans değerlendirmenin tüm girdi ve çıktılar kapsamında değerlendirilmesi ve tüm paydaşlar doğrultusunda verilerin temin edilmesi, elde edilen sonuçların güvenirliliği açısından önemlidir. Sağlık sistemine ilişkin performans değerlendirme çalışmaları yürütülürken, belirlenen kriterler farklılık gösterebilir. Farklı ülkelerde performans değerlendirmeye yönelik kriterler farklılık göstermekle beraber özellikle gelişmiş ülkelerde sağlık hizmetlerine ilişkin tüm girdi ve çıktılar dikkate alınmaya çalışılmaktadır. Bu araştırmada sağlık kurumlarında performans değerlendirmeye ilişkin tanımlamalar yapılarak dünya ülkelerinde performans değerlendirme sistemi incelenmiştir. | dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT In the realization of efficiency and quality service delivery in the health sector, it is necessary to make accurate determinations regarding health service delivery. In order to increase the service quality and increase employee satisfaction in the health sector, performance evaluation of the health system should be performed accurately and healthily. In the health sector, evaluating performance evaluation within the scope of all inputs and outputs and providing data in line with all stakeholders is important for the reliability of the results obtained. While performing performance evaluation studies related to health system, the criteria determined may differ. Although the criteria for performance evaluation differ in different countries, all inputs and outputs related to health services are tried to be taken into consideration, especially in developed countries. In this research, definitions of performance evaluation in health institutions have been made and performance evaluation system in world countries has been examined.
