| dc.description.abstract | Türkiye'nin, AB'ye giriş sürecinde önemli görevler üstlenen demokratik ve modern bir devlet sisteminin ayrılmaz ve bütünleyici parçası olan, sivil toplum örgütlerini tanımına yer verildikten sonra, sivil toplum kuruluşlarının gelişimi, işlevleri, sorunları, çözüm önerileri, incelenmiştir.
