21. yüzyılda toplam kalite yönetimi açısından yöneticilerin rolü ve önemi

Abstract

ÖZET: Toplam Kalite Yönetimi felsefesi, yöntemleri, uygulama ve faydaları ile organizasyonlara göz ardı edilemeyecek avantajlar sağlamaktadır. Yönetim biliminin gelişimi içinde ise yöneticilerin önemi her geçen gün daha fazla artmakta, organizasyonlar yapı ve süreç olarak yöneticilerin görevlerini en iyi şekilde yapabilmelerine imkan tanıyacak şekle getirilmeye çalışılmaktadırlar. Yönetim bilimciler geleceğin tehlike ve belirsizlikleri içinde organizasyonlara küçük çıkış istikametleri bulmaya çalışmaktadırlar. Geleceği tahmin etmek, günümüzde onu görmeye çalışmak ve önlem almak, bu süratli gelişme ve değişim çağında çoğunlukla hayallerin ötesine geçmeyi gerektirmektedir. Toplam kalite yönetimi geçmişten günümüze kadar yaşadığı gelişim sürecinde, bir model olarak yöneticilerin ve çalışanların organizasyonda amaçlarını birleştirerek yeni bir kültür yaratılmasını sağlamıştır. Organizasyon için bu değişim kolay olmamakla birlikte sağlandığı takdirde herkesi mutlu edecektir. Gelecekte toplam kalite yönetiminin içinde bilim ve teknoloji etkileşimi ile insan kaynakları, motivasyon, kriz yönetimi, yetkilendirme, araştırma ve geliştirme gibi birçok değer daha fazla yükselecektir. ABSTRACT The philosophy of TQM provides important advantages to the organisations with its methods, implements and benefits. With the development of the science of management, the importance of the managers is increasing day by day and the organisations are being tried to be appropriate for the managers to do their best in terms of structure and process. The scientists of management have been trying to find ways for a solution for the organisations in the danger and uncertainty of the future. It's usually vital for the people to go beyond the dreams to guess the future to try to see it from today and to take measurements in this quick development and changing age. TQM, in the process of a development from past to the present has provided to be created a new culture by connecting the objectives of the managers and employees in the organisation. Although it's not easy for an organisation to be changed in that way, when it becomes true it will make everybody happy. In the future in TQM, some values like science and technological in interaction with sources of people, motivation, crisis management, authorisation, research and development will be more important.
