Cumhurbaşkanlığı senfoni orkestrası 1980-2018 yılları arası konser programlarının incelenmesi

Abstract

CUMHURBAŞKANLIĞI SENFONİ ORKESTRASI 1980-2018 YILLARI ARASI KONSER PROGRAMLARININ İNCELENMESİ ÖZET 1826 yılında "Musika-i Hümayun" adıyla kurulan, Cumhuriyet'ten sonra ise Cumhurbaşkanlığı Senfoni Orkestrası adını alan kurum, dünyanın en köklü sanat kurumlarından biri olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Cumhuriyet tarihimizin ilk müzik kurumu olan orkestra, 1924'te Atatürk'ün emri ile Ankara'ya taşındıktan sonra halkın kültür ve sanat düzeyini yükseltmeye öncülük etmiştir. Aynı zamanda orkestranın amaçlarından biri de Uluslararası düzeyde çoksesli müzik kültürünün en iyi şekilde temsil edilebilmesidir. Bu amaçla Cumhurbaşkanlığı Senfoni Orkestrası, farklı kıta ve ülkelerde verdiği birçok konserle hem rüştünü ispatlamış hem de kültürümüzün tanıtılmasına önemli katkı sağlamıştır. Bununla birlikte orkestra, farklı ülkelerden gelen yabancı şef ve solist sanatçıların yanı sıra Türk solist sanatçıların konuk olduğu konserlere de ev sahipliği yapmıştır. Dolayısıyla Cumhurbaşkanlığı Senfoni Orkestrasının kültürler arası iletişime ve etkileşime büyük oranda katkı sağladığı söylenebilir. Bu araştırmada Cumhurbaşkanlığı Senfoni Orkestrasının 1980-2018 yılları arasında düzenlediği, sınırlılıklar çerçevesinde elde edilen 675 konser programı incelenmiştir. Araştırma, konserlerde seslendirilen "Türk ve yabancı eserlerin dağılımını, eserlerin Türk ve yabancı bestecilere göre dağılımını, Türk ve yabancı şeflerin yönettikleri konser sayısına göre dağılımını, nicel verilerle tablolar haline getirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır." Durum tespitinin yapıldığı çalışma, CSO' dan alınan özel izinler ile arşiv taraması yapılarak içerik analizi ile yorumlanmıştır. Problem cümlesine göre elde edilen veriler sıklık (f) ve yüzde tablosu haline getirilip durum ortaya konmuştur. Buna göre; 1980-2018 yılları arasında düzenlenen 675 konserde, seslendirilen Türk eseri sayısının 255, yabancı eser sayısının ise 1998 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, konserlerde seslendirilen eserlerin Türk ve yabancı bestecilere göre dağılımında toplam 1872 besteciden 236 tanesinin Türk besteci, 1636 tanesinin ise yabancı besteci olduğu belirlenmiştir. EVALUATION OF TURKISH PRESIDENTIAL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA CONCERT PROGRAMS BETWEEN 1980 AND 2018 ABSTRACT Founded in 1826 under the name of Musika-ı Hümayun, and named after the Republic as the Presidential Symphony Orchestra, the institution is regarded as one of the world's most established arts institutions. The orchestra, the first musical institution in the history of the Republic, moved to Ankara on the order of Atatürk in 1924, leading the way to raise the level of culture of the people. At the same time, one of the aims of the orchestra is to successfully represent polyphonic music culture at the international level. To this end, the Presidential Symphony Orchestra has proved its existence with its many concerts in different continents and countries and has made an important contribution to the promotion of Turkish culture. In addition, the orchestra hosted concerts with both local and foreign soloist and conductors from different countries. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Presidential Symphony Orchestra contributed greatly to intercultural communication and interaction. In this study, 675 concert programs which were organized by the Presidential Symphony Orchestra between 1980 and 2018 were studied. The research was conducted with the aim of creating tables by using the data derived from the concert programs including the distribution of Turkish and foreign works, the distribution of the works according to Turkish and foreign composers, the distribution of Turkish and foreign conductors. The assessment was made with the "content analysis" by scanning the archive with special permissions obtained from Presidential Symphony Orchestra. The data obtained in line with the problem sentence were converted into frequency (f) and percentage tables. According to this analysis; During the 675 concerts held between 1980 and 2018, it was found that the number of Turkish works performed was 255 and the number of foreign works was 1998. In addition, in the distribution of the works performed in concerts according to Turkish and foreign composers, 236 of the 1872 composers were Turkish composers and 1636 were foreign composers.
