Türkiye'de otomotiv sektörüne yönelik vergi uygulamalarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Otomotiv sektörünün kısa tarihçesi, Dünya'da otomotiv sektörünün durumuna genel bir bakış, Türkiye otomotiv sektörünün bugüne kadar geçirdiği aşamalar, bugünkü durumu analiz edilerek, Türkiye'deki otomotiv sektörünün mevcut durumu ortaya konmuştur. Otomotiv sanayinde yaşanan gelişmeler ülke gelirini doğrudan etkileyebilmektedir. Sağladıkları istihdam kapasitesi ile insanlara yeni iş imkanları sağlanmakla birlikte kurulan otomotiv ana sanayinin yanında bir çok otomotiv yan sanayi sektörü de faaliyete geçmekte ve bu sayede ülke ekonomisine çok önemli katkısağlanmaktadır. Otomotiv ana sanayi ve yan sanayi bütün ülkeler açısından olduğu kadar Türkiye için de önemli bir sektör konumundadır. Yarattığı istihdam kapasitesi, katma değer vergileri ve sağladığı ekonomik artışlar sayesinde ülkenin gelir düzeyini olumlu olarak etkilemektedir. Bu olumlu etkileri daha da arttırmak için ülke ekonomisinde uygulanan vergi teşvikleri gözden geçirilmeli ve yabancı sermayenin ülke içine girişine kolaylık sağlayacak bazı değişiklikler yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada, otomotiv sektörüne yönelik vergi teşvik politikaları ve sübvansiyonlar araştırılıp, otomotiv sektörü kamusal destekleme açısından değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, the short history of the automotive industry, a short look to the general aspect of the automotive industry around the world, the phases of the automotive industry in Turkey up to now, and the current position of the automotive industry in Turkey are analzyed and the current position of the automotive industry in Turkey has been studied to put forward. Developments which has been experienced at the automotive industry are able to reach the level that affect country income directly. This industry can provide new opportunity work with employment capacity automotive sector that create. Furthermore, beside automated main industry, many automated sub industry and automotive replacement part industry have into operations. Thus, it make very essential contribution to country economy. Automated industry and its sub industries are important for Turkey as other countries. It causes positive effects with employment capacity that this industry creates, additional value tax, increases on economic indicators on country income. To increase this positive developments much more, the tax incentives should be reconsidered and some changes should be made to attract foreign capital into Turkey.In this thesis, the tax incentive policies and subventions for automotive sector have been researched, and the sector has been considered in terms of public support.
