ilkokul yönetici ve öğretmenlerinin MEB hizmet içi eğitim uygulamalarına ilişkin görüşleri: Keçiören ilçesi örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada hizmet içi eğitim konusunda Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı(MEB) ilkokul öğretmen ve yöneticilerinin eğitim uygulamalarına ilişkin görüşleri çerçevesinde bir alan çalışması yapılmış olup elde edilen bulgular ve geliştirilecek önerilerin MEB hizmet içi uygulamalarına, bu hizmetlerin daha etkin ve verimli hale getirilmesi açısından gerek literatüre gerekse MEB Hizmet İçi Eğitim Dairesi Başkanlığı'nın ilgili ve yetkili birimlerine veri sağlaması beklenmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişim tasarım sürecinin ilerleyen aşamasında kullanılabilecek hizmet içi mesleki gelişim ihtiyaçları hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemektir. Çalışmanın örneklemi Ankara ili Keçiören ilçesinde görev yapan 450 öğretmen ve yöneticiden oluşmaktadır.Çalışmanın evrenini ise Keçiören ilçesindeki 54 ilkokulda görev yapan 2376 öğretmen ve yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada seçkisel olmayan amaçsal örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi bağımsız örneklemler t-testi ve anova teknikleri kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Bulgulara göre hizmet içi eğitim uygulamalarının gerekliliği hakkındaki görüşlerin cinsiyete, göreve, öğretmenlerin kıdemine göre farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada toplanan veriler neticesinde hizmet içi eğitim uygulamalarının etkililiği alt boyutunun öğretmenlerde kıdemleri yönünden anlamlı istatistiksel bir fark oluşturduğu, hizmet içi eğitim uygulamalarında karşılaşılan sorunlar alt boyutunun öğretmenlerde katıldıkları program sayısı yönünden anlamlı istatistiksel bir fark oluşturmadığı, erkek öğretmenlerin, kadın öğretmenlere kıyasla, hizmet içi eğitim uygulamalarında daha fazla sorunla karşılaştıkları v.s. bulgularına ulaşılmıştır. In this study, an area study regarding in-service education was conducted due to the education practice opinions of the Primary School Managers and Teachers of Ministry of National Education (MEB). It is expected that the obtained findings and suggestions will provide data both to the literature and the competent bodies of MEB in-service Education Department for more efficient and productive ministration. The aim of this study is to determine the opinions regarding in-service development needs at the oncoming stages of service development designs of teachers. The sample of the study is formed by the 450 teachers and managers from Ankara Province, Keçiören District. The population is composed of 2376 teachers and managers working at total of 54 primary schools in Keçiören District. In this study, curatorial teleological sample method was used. The analysis of data was carried out by unpaired t-test and anova. According to the findings, it was determined that the opinions regarding the needs of in-service education varies due to the gender, position and the experience of the teachers. According to the results of the gained data at the study, findings were achieved that there was a meaningful statistical difference in sub-dimention of the in-service practice efficiency due to the teahers' experince; there was no meaningful statistical difference in sub-dimention of the number of the programs to which teachers attented; when compared to the females, male teachers faced more problems than the females.
