| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışmasında, ilk olarak, Düzce İli Gölyaka İlçesi sınırları içerisinde yer alan Efteni Gölü ve çevresindeki mevcut taşkın koruma yapılarının durum analizi yapılacaktır. Daha sonra, daraltılan göl alanı büyütülerek, sulak alan ekosistemi içerisinde doğal yaşamın devamını sağlayacak şekilde ekolojik dengeler bozulmadan, sentetik yöntemlerle (DSİ Sentetik, Mockus, Snyder ve NTFA) hesaplanan taşkın debilerine göre yeni taşkın koruma yapıları için tasarım önerilerinde bulunulacaktır. | en_US |
