Malzeme atama yöntemleri ve çoklu depoya sınıflandırılmış aile grubu malzeme atama modeli

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, belirli kıstaslara göre ürünlerin hangi depoya atanacağının tespit edilmesi maksadıyla matematiksel bir model geliştirmektir. Bu modelde problem, tamsayılı matematiksel bir problem olarak ele alınmıştır. Aile grubu malzemeleri çoklu depoya atama problemi, lojistikte en dikkat çekici konulardan biridir. Hedef, mümkün olduğu kadar depolama zamanı, maliyeti, işgücü ve envanter işlemlerini azaltmaktır. Çalışmada 89 çeşit malzemenin 10 aile grubuna ayrılarak hacim, alan, ağırlık, birlikte depolanabilme ve ihtiyaç miktarları kısıtları dâhilinde 20 depoya atanması problemi üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Aynı zamanda kısıtlarda yapılan gerçekleşmesi muhtemel çeşitli değişikliklerle test edilerek duyarlılık analizi yapılmıştır.

The aim of this work, is to develop a mathematical model to determine to which warehouse family group materials should be allocated within specific constraints. In this model, problem is handled as an Integer Mathematical Model. The family group materials allocation into multi-warehoues problem under study is one of the most interesting topic in Logistics. The goal is to diminish, the allocation problem of 89 materials divided into 10 family groups into 20 warehouses was studied within volume, space, weight, and requirement quantity constraints. Beside this, sensitivity analysis is also carried out by a sort of executable and most relevant changes which were made on the constraints of the model.
