Abstract

Bu projede, Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi öğretmenlerinin sanat ve sanatın diğer disiplinlerle etkileşimleri yoluyla 21. yüzyıl becerilerinin gelişimlerinin desteklenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda planlanan sanat yoluyla eğitim 21.yüzyıl becerileri eğitimde, sanatın ve sanatın etkileşimde olduğu diğer alanlarda, yenilikçi ve yaratıcı bakış açısıyla tasarlanmış etkileşimli eğitimlerin, öğretmenlerin 21. yy. becerileri temelinde mesleki bilgi, beceri ve yetkinlerini güçlendireceği ve bunları çalıştıkları kurumlarda daha yetkin olarak kullanabileceğini ön görülmektedir. Gelecek neslin eğitimi için geleneksel eğitim modelleri yerine bilgi yönetimi, soyut akıl yürütme ve kişisel hizmetler gerektiren yeterliliklerin önemi artmaktadır. İş dünyası, sanat ve bilimde yeni görsellik algısının oluştuğu ve disiplinler arası sınırların ortadan kalktığı görülmektedir. Yıldızlararası'nda bilimsel olguların sanatla anlatılırken, Tatlı Su ve Yedinci Kıta İstanbul Sanat Bienal'lerinde bilim insanların çizimleri sanat eserleri olarak sergilenmesi bunun işaretleridir. Çağımız beceri ve yeterliliklerin değerli olduğu bir yüzyıldır, bu bağlamda sanat yoluyla eğitim, sanatın doğasından dolayı; diğer disiplinlerle etkileşimi, özgün ve yenilikçi bakış açısı, sınırsız yaratıcılık, duyarlılık, estetik beğeni, sürdürebilirlik ve sanatsal düşünme esnekliği öğretmenleri ve dolayısıyla üstün/özel yetenekli öğrencilerin eğitimlerinde daha da önem kazanmıştır. Bu açıdan hedef kitle olarak evrensel ve yerel katkılar düşünüldüğünde Bilim ve Sanat merkezi Sınıf Öğretmeni, Sosyal Bilgiler, Fen ve Teknoloji, Türkçe, Matematik, Görsel Sanatlar, Müzik ve Teknoloji Tasarım branşlarından üçer kişi olmak üzere 24 öğretmen belirlenecektir. 21.yüzyıl becerileri ve sanat yoluyla eğitiminin yeni perspektif ve uygulamalarını tartışmak amacıyla, bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişimleri alanına uyarlayan ve rol model olabilecek disiplinler arası akademisyen ve sanatçı uzman ve eğitmenler seçilmiştir. Projenin araştırma yöntemi olarak deneysel desen tercih edilecektir. Araştırma deseni olarak ön test - son test tek gruplu deneysel desen kullanılacaktır. Nicel verileri desteklemek için nitel görüşme anketleri yapılacaktır. Araştırma için veri toplama araçları olarak "Demografik bilgi formu", "21.yüzyıl becerileri öğretimi ölçeği", "Çok Boyutlu 21. Yüzyıl Becerileri Ölçeği", "Etkinliğe ilişkin görüşlerini belirleme formu" ve "Katılımcı görüşme formu" kullanılacaktır. Verilerin analizleri nicel veriler için SPSS.25 paket programı ve nitel veriler ise Nvivo12 kullanılarak analizler yapılacaktır.

In this project, it is aimed to support the development of 21st century skills of Science and Art Center teachers through the interaction of art and art with other disciplines. Education through art planned for this purpose, 21st century skills in education, in other fields where art and art interact, interactive trainings designed with an innovative and creative perspective, teachers' 21st century skills. It is foreseen that they will strengthen their professional knowledge, skills and competencies on the basis of their skills and that they can use them more competently in the institutions they work. The importance of competencies that require knowledge management, abstract reasoning and personal services are increasing instead of traditional education models for the education of the next generation. It is seen that a new perception of visually has emerged in the business world, art and science and the boundaries between disciplines have disappeared. While scientific phenomena are explained with art in Interstellar, drawings of scientists are exhibited as works of art in Fresh Water and The Seventh Continent Istanbul Art Biennials. Our age is a century in which skills and competencies are valuable, in this context, education through art, due to the nature of art; Interaction with other disciplines, original and innovative perspective, unlimited creativity, sensitivity, aesthetic appreciation, sustainability and flexibility of artistic thinking have gained more importance in the education of teachers and therefore gifted students. In this respect, considering the universal and local contributions as the target audience, 24 teachers will be determined, three each from the Science and Art Center Classroom Teacher, Social Studies, Science and Technology, Turkish, Mathematics, Visual Arts, Music and Technology Design branches. In order to discuss the new perspectives and applications of 21st century skills and education through art, interdisciplinary academics and artists, experts and trainers who adapt scientific and technological developments to their field and can be role models have been selected. Experimental design will be preferred as the research method of the project. The pretest-posttest single-group experimental design will be used as the research design. Qualitative interview surveys will be conducted to supplement the quantitative data. "Demographic information form", "21st century skills teaching scale", "Multidimensional 21st Century Skills Scale", "Form determining opinions about the activity" and "Participant interview form" will be used as data collection tools for the research. Analyzes of the data will be made using SPSS.25 package program for quantitative data and Nvivo12 for qualitative data.
