Baskı resim teknikleri ekseninde ekslibris ve Türkiye'deki uygulamaları

Abstract

Paleolitik dönemde kaya ve mağara duvarlarında görülen oyarak, çizerek ve kazıyarak yapılan stilize çizimler baskı resmin ilk örnekleri olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu göstergeler, tarihsel süreç içinde de şekillenerek günümüz modern toplumlarında bilgi aktarımı olarak iletilmeye devam etmektedir. Bu anlamda sanatçı da baskı resim alanında üretim yaparak ve anlatım dilini geliştirerek sanata katkı sağlamıştır. Baskı resim sanatı içinde değerlendirilen ekslibris değeri anlaşılan ve önemsenen küçük boyutlu sanatsal tasarım uygulamalarıdır. Kitabın sahibinin adını, tercihen kişiliğini yansıtan durumun göstergelerle olan ifadesidir. Tarih boyunca farklı coğrafyalarda ve toplumlarda kültürler arası bir iletişim aracı olarak kalıcı izler bırakmıştır. Bu çalışmada ele aldığımız başlık altında baskı resmin tanımı ve tarihsel gelişimi, teknikleri ve uygulama alanları, Türkiye'deki temsilcileri, ekslibrisin tanımı, sanatsal açıdan alana dair karşılığı, Türkiye'deki uygulamalarının tarihi ve kültürel gelişim süreci değerlendirilecektir. Ayrıca ekslibrisi uygulayan sanatçı eserlerinin incelenmesi ve ekslibris tasarımları içerisinde stilizasyonun sembollerle oluşumu ve uygulama alanları araştırmanın alt başlıklarını meydana getirecektir.

Stylized drawings made by carving, drawing and scraping seen on rocks and cave walls in the Paleolithic period can be considered as the first examples of print painting. These indicators are shaped in the historical process and continue to be transmitted as information transfer in today's modern societies. In this sense, the artist also contributed to art by producing in the field of printmaking and developing the language of expression. Ex-libris, which is evaluated in the art of printmaking, is a small-sized artistic design application whose value is understood and given importance. It is an expression of the situation with indicators that reflect the name, preferably personality, of the owner of the book. Throughout history, it has left permanent traces in different geographies and societies as an intercultural communication tool. Under the title we discussed in this study, the definition and historical development of printmaking, its techniques and application areas, its representatives in Turkey, the definition of exlibris, its artistic counterpart, the historical and cultural development process of its applications in Turkey will be evaluated. In addition, the examination of the works of artists who apply the exlibris and the formation of stylization with symbols in the designs of the exlibris and the application areas will form the sub-titles of the research.
