Idiopathic benign bilateral testicular enlargement in a pubertal boy: a case report and review of literature

We present a case of 12-year-old boy with idiopathic benign bilateral testicular enlargement. We eliminated precocious puberty, juvenile hypothyroidism, adrenal rest tumors, X-linked mental retardation, and bilateral testicular neoplasms.
