| dc.description.abstract | Endoskopik retrograd kolanjiyopankreatografi pankreatikobiliyer hastalıkla-rın tedavisinde kullanılan girişimsel bir endoskopik yöntemdir. Pankreatit, kanama ve perforasyon en sık görülen komplikasyonlarıdır. Subkapsüler he-matom, endoskopik retrograd kolanjiyopankreatografinin literatürde birkaç adet bildirilmiş olan nadir bir komplikasyonudur. Bu bildiride, kolelitiazis nedeniyle endoskopik retrograd kolanjiyopankreatografi yapılan yaşlı bir hastada işlem sonrasında subkapsüler hematom gelişen bir olguyu sunuyo-ruz. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Endoscopic retrograd cholangiopancreatography is an interventional endo-scopic method for the treatment of pancreaticobiliary diseases. Pancreatitis, bleeding and perforation are the most common complications. Subcapsular hematoma is a rare complication of endoscopic retrograd cholangiopancrea-tography that has been only a few reported in the literature. In this report, we present a case of subcapsular hematoma developing in an elderly pa-tient after endoscopic retrograd cholangiopancreatography performed due to cholelithiasis. | en_US |
