İlköğretim 2. kademe beden eğitimi ders programının değerlendirilmesine ilişkin beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin görüşleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı; 2006-2007 öğretim yılında ülke genelinde uygulanmaya başlanan yeni ilköğretim 2. kademe beden eğitimi dersi öğretim programının genel amaçları, kazanımları, öğrenme-öğretme süreci ve ölçme-değerlendirmeye ilişkin uygulanabilirlik düzeyinin beden eğitimi öğretmen görüşleri ışığında değerlendirmektir. Araştırma betimsel tarama (survey) modeli kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu nedenle, İlköğretim 2. kademe Beden Eğitimi Öğretim Programı'nın uygulanabilirlik düzeyini belirlemek için veri toplama aracı olarak 39 soru içeren anket formu oluşturulmuştur. Anket dört alt boyuttan (programının genel amaçları, kazanımlar, öğrenme-öğretme süreci ve ölçme-değerlendirme) oluşmuştur. Araştırmanın evrenini 2008-2009 öğretim yılında Ankara ili merkez ilçelerinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 615 beden eğitimi öğretmeni, örneklemini ise evrenden tesadüfi olarak seçilen 248 beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde, SPSS 15.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) paket programından yararlanılmıştır. Ölçeğin uygulanması sonucu elde edilen veriler tanımlayıcı istatistik (frekans-yüzde-aritmetik ortalama), kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda; 2. kademe Beden Eğitimi Dersi Öğretim Programı'nın uygulanabilirlik düzeyi öğretmenler açısından; programının genel amaçları, kazanımlar, öğrenme-öğretme süreci alt boyutlarında "kısmen" ve ölçme-değerlendirme alt boyutlarında "az" olarak görülmektedir.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the level of applicability of the new teaching program that started in 2006-2007 educational years in the second level primary school physical education lesson in terms of its general goals, gains, learning-teaching process and assessment-evaluation in the light of the opinions of the physical education teachers. The research was carried out using the descriptive survey model. Therefore, the survey form with 39 questions was created as a data collection tool to determine the level of applicability of the second level primary school physical education teaching program. The form consists of four sub-dimensions (the general goals of the program, the gains, the teaching and learning process and the assessment-evaluation). The universe of the research consists of 615 physical education teachers working in the primary schools of the ministry of national education in the central districts of Ankara in 2008-2009 educational years and the sample of the research consists of 248 physical education teachers who were randomly selected from the universe. SPSS 15.0 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) package program was used to analyze the collected data. The data obtained in the result of the application of the scale was analyzed by using descriptive statistics (frequency-percentage-arithmetic average). In the result of the research, it is seen that the level of applicability of the teaching program of the second level physical education lesson is partial in the sub dimensions of the program's general goals, gains, learning-teaching process and low in the sub dimensions of assessment-evaluation in terms of the teachers.
