İslam Düşüncesinin Demokrasi Problematiğini “Mağrip Düşüncesi” Çerçevesinde Çözümleme: Câbirî’nin Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Faslı düşünür Câbirî, Arap-İslam dünyasının uyanışı (Nahda) için Arap-İslam düşüncesinin yeniden yapılandırılmasını kaçınılmaz görür. Çünkü bu düşünce çağın siyasal, toplumsal ve kültürel sorunlarına çözüm bulamamaktadır. Bu düşünceyi (akıl, kültürel miras, gelenek) dinamik hale getirmek için onun referans çerçevesini eleştirmek ve yeniden inşa etmek gereklidir. Câbirî’ye göre Arap-İslam düşüncesinin referans çerçevesi Abbasiler döneminde başlatılan tedvin faaliyetiyle oluşmuştur. Bu çalışmanın konusunu, Câbirî’nin yeni bir tedvin asrı teorisinden hareketle Arap-İslam düşüncesinin demokrasi problematiğinin tahlili oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma, yapı itibariyle biri diğerinin hazırlayıcısı olan iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünü, Câbirî’nin Arap-İslam düşüncesini hangi yöntemlerle ele aldığı ve bu yöntemin kılavuzluğunda söz konusu düşünceyi nasıl tahlil ettiği konuları oluşturacaktır. İkinci bölümde, yeni bir tedvin asrı teorisinde hareketle Arap-İslam düşünce geleneği içerisinde demokrasi problematiğini nasıl çözümlediği incelenecektir. Çalışmanın amacı, Câbirî’nin mevcut Arap-İslam realitesine uygun demokrasinin tesisi için teorik bir model oluşturma iddiasında olduğunu ortaya koymaktır.

Moroccan thinker Jabiri argues that reconstruction of Arab-Islamic thought is inevitable for the awakening of the Arab-Islamic world (Nahda). Because the thought can not find solutions to the political, social and cultural problems of the era. In order to make this thought (reason, cultural heritage, tradition) dynamic, it is necessary to criticize and reconstruct its reference framework. According to Jâbiri, the reference framework of Arab-Islamic thought was formed by the action of the tedvin initiated during the Abbasid period. The subject of this study is the analysis of the problematic of democracy of Arab-Islamic thought based on Jabiri’s theory of a new tedvin century. The study consists of two parts, one of which is the preparatory of the other. The first part of the study will focus on the methods by which Jabiri treats Arab-Islamic thought and how it analyses the thought under the guidance of these methods. In the second part, it will be examined how it has analyzed the problematic of democracy within the Arab-Islamic tradition of thought through a new theory of tedvin century. The aim of the study is to reveal that Jabiri aims to establish a theoretical model for the establishment of democracy in accordance with the current Arab-Islamic reality
