Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar'ın Huzur romanında dil ve üslup

Abstract

Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar'ın ?Huzur? Romanında Dil ve Üslûp? adlı çalışmamızda; Huzur romanında geçen edebî sanatlar, cümleler, kelime grupları ve duyularla ilgili kavram ve vasıflar incelenmiştir. Edebî sanatlar incelenirken Tanpınar'ın çok sık kullandığı teşbihlerle birlikte teşbih-i beliğe, istiareye, teşhise ait örnekler sayfa sırasına göre gösterilip, izah edilmiştir.Romanda geçen cümleler önce yapılarına göre incelenmiş, daha sonra da basit, girişik-birleşik, karmaşık, sıralı, bağlı, soru, kesintili cümleler gibi çeşitli gruplara ayrılmıştır. Bunlardan birçoğu taşıdığı anlamlar bakımından, bağlı cümleler ise kullanılan bağlama edatına göre alt başlıklara ayrılmıştır.?Huzur?da yer alan kelime grupları; belirtili isim tamlaması, belirtisiz isim tamlaması, sıfat tamlaması, edat grubu, bağlama grubu gibi çeşitli gruplara ayrılmıştır. Daha sonra sıfat tamlamaları ile bazı kelime grupları cümleye kattığı anlamlar bakımından farklı alt gruplara ayrılmıştır.Yazarı dış dünyayı algılayış tarzını anlamamıza yardımcı olan duyuları ve ona ait özellikleri ise görme, işitme, koku, dokunma duyusu gibi alt başlıklara alarak inceledik.

In this study titled ?Language and Style in ?Huzur? by Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar?, figures of speech, sentences and concepts and qualities concerning the parts of speech and senses used in the novel have been examined. Examples of each figure of speech used by Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar such as similes, metaphors and personifications have been indicated in page order and explained.Sentences in the novel have first been studied structurally and then classified under different groups such as ?simple sentences?, ?complex sentences? and ?compound sentences?. Most of these groups have been subgrouped according to the conjuctions used in the compound sentences.The parts of speech used in the novel ?Huzur? have been classified under different groups such as ?noun phrases? and ?prepositional phrases?, ?prepositions? and ?conjuctions?. Some of these groups have then been subgrouped according to the meaning and context.The senses that help us to understand how the writer sees the outer world have been grouped under different titles such as ?sight?, ?hearing?, and ?taste?.Key words: Language, style, simile, metaphor, the novel ?Huzur?, parts of speech
