Türkiye'de kamu düzeninin korunması açısından ceza soruşturmasında Cumhuriyet savcısının rolü

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye'de kamu düzeninin korunması açısından Cumhuriyet savcısının ceza soruşturmasındaki rolünü incelemektir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde kamu düzeni kavramı, unsurları, özel hukuktaki ve kamu hukukundaki yeri, savcılık kurumu, savcılığın tarihçesi, hukuki statüsü ve yapısı, bağımsızlığı ve tarafsızlığı ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde kamu düzeninin korunması, kolluk makamları, ceza soruşturması ve kamu düzeni arasındaki ilişki, ceza soruşturmasının özelllikleri ve savcının ceza soruşturmasında uyması gereken ilkeler ile savcı kamu düzeni ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, ceza soruşturmasının başlaması, adli kolluk ve savcı ilişkisi, ceza soruşturmasında savcının görev ve yetkileri, ceza muhakemesindeki koruma tedbirleri incelenmiştir.
