Dinar ve Deprem

Abstract

Teknolojide ve bilimde kaydedilen son derece olumlu gelişmeler sayesinde, önceki çağlarda felaket olarak değeriendirilen tabii kuvvetler bugün, felaket olarak değerlendirilmekten çıktı. Ancak Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan ülkelerde deprem hala 1 Ekim 1995 Dinar depreminde görüldüğü gibi bir yerieşim yerini yerie bir edebiliyor ve teknolojik olarak önlenmesi mümkün olabilen bir olay ciddi bir felakete dönüşebiliyor. 1 Ekim 1995 tarihinde, merkez üssü Afyon'un Dinar ilçesi olarak bildirilen ve tahripkar olarak nitelendirilen bir deprem yaşandı. Depremle birlikte ilçe sosyokültürel, fiziki ve psikolojik birtakım değişimler yaşadı. Fay hattı üzerinde kurulmuş bir yerieşim yeri olmasına ve daha önce de yedi kez haritadan silinecek derecede büyük depremler geçirmiş olmasına rağmen ilçenin, depreme hazırlıksız olarak yakalanmış olması, yaşanılanları daha büyük boyutlu ve dramatik hale getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada 1 Ekim tarihindeki depremle birlikte Dinar'da yaşanılanları tespit etmek suretiyle felaket dönemleriyle ilgili genel nitelikli bilgiler ortaya konulmaya ve felâket dönemleri ve sonrasında yaşanılanlara dikkat çekilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Hereby the most important positive developments in technology and science, today natural forces that had been seen as disaster in ancient ages, are not being seen as it. However, in the developing countries like Turkey, earthquake such as 1 October 1995 Dinar one, can destroy the settlement area. And such events to which necessary technological measurements can be taken, are turning into serious disasters. In 1 October 1995, a destructive earthquake has happened in Dinar, the town of Afyon. By the earthquake, the town has been living socio-cultural, physical and psychological changes. Therefore the town had been settled on the fault line and had been lived earthquake seven times, it was not ready for earthquake. This situation has transformed the livings more dramatic and multi-dimentional. This study aims at determining the livings by 1 October Dinar Earthquake. By this way, it was aimed to take attention to some general information about disaster times and after periods.
