Kırıkkale ilindeki besi işletmelerinde rasyonların hayvanların fizyolojik dönemlerine uygunluğunun belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma Kırıkkale ilinde yer alan 6 adet hayvancılık işletmesinden alınan yem ve rasyon örneklerinin besi dönemlerine uygunluğunu tespit etmek amacı ile yapılmıştır. İlde hayvancılık sektöründe faal olarak yer alan 6 adet işletme belirlenmiş ve işletmelerden 15'er gün aralıklarla yem ve rasyon örnekleri alınmıştır. 15'er gün aralıklarla alınan yem örnekleri 0-45. gün ve 45-90. gün arasında 2 dönem olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda da ortalama canlı ağırlık artışları tespit edilmiştir. Böylelikle besi dönemlerinde uygulanan yem ve rasyon örneklerinin canlı ağırlık artışına etkisi tespit edilmek istenmiştir. Alınan yem ve rasyon örnekleri, laboratuvar ortamında uygun koşullarda saklanmış ve her dönem için her örneğe ait ham yağ (HY), ham protein (HP), ham kül (HK), ham selülöz (HS), kuru madde (KM), asit deterjan fiber (ADF) ve nötral deterjan fiber (NDF) oranları belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen oranların hayvan sayılarına ve besi dönemlerine göre değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. İşletme büyüklüğünün rasyon hazırlama üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığı ve besi dönemlerinde dikkat edilmesi gereken rasyon oranlarına dikkat edilmediği tespit edilmiştir. Örneğin, besi dönemlerine göre yapılan değerlendirmede HP oranının ilave edilmesi gerekenden fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Bu durumun hem besicilik maliyetini artırdığı hem de metabolik hastalıklara sebep olduğu düşünüldüğünde çiftçilerin rasyon hazırlama ve hayvan besleme konularında teknik destek alması gerekliliği ortaya konulmuştur. This study was carried out to determine the suitability of feed and ration samples taken from 6 livestock farms in Kırıkkale province. In the province, 6 farms active in the livestock sector were identified and feed and ration samples were taken at 15-day intervals. The feed samples taken were evaluated as 2 periods between 0-45 days and 45-90 days. At the same time, average live weight increases were determined. Thus, the effect of feed and ration samples applied in fattening periods on the live weight gain was determined. Samples of feed and ration taken were stored in suitable conditions under laboratory conditions. Then, for all periods, each sample of crude oil (HY), crude protein (HP), crude ash (HK), crude cellulose (HS), dry matter (KM), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) ratios were determined. The determined rates were evaluated according to animal numbers and fattening periods. It was determined whether the size of the breeding farm has an effect on ration preparation. In addition, it was determined that the ration rates which should be considered during the fattening periods were not taken into consideration. For example, in the evaluation made according to the fattening periods, it was observed that the HP ratio was higher than needed. Considering that this situation increases the cost of fattening and causes metabolic diseases, it has been revealed that farmers should receive technical support in ration preparation and animal feeding.
