The universe of the study consists of 994 teachers working in secondary schools in K & imath;r & imath;kkale in the 20212022 academic year and there were 371 participants in this study. As the data collection tools, the Organizational Justice, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction scales were used. In the analysis of the collected data, correlation, regression and path analyses were used together with descriptive statistics. In the study, it was revealed that there is a significant, positive and medium correlation between the teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and their organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
