As a result of the EFA applied to 402 white-collar employees between the ages of 18-65 in the health, education, informatics and energy sectors within the scope of the public and private sectors in Turkey, the items in the scale were grouped under 2 factors and the factor loads of the items ranged from 0.730 to 0.910. The total variance explained was calculated as 67%. According to the results of the CFA analysis, it was validated that the Turkish version of the Career Sustainability Scale (chi-square =105.153 df = 51, p <.001; CMIN/DF= 2.062; RMSEA = .73; NFI = 0.957; RFI = 0.945; IFI = 0.978) ; TLI = 0.971; CFI = 0.977), consisted of 12 statements with two factors. As a result of the findings, it was concluded that the Career Sustainability Scale is a measurement tool with proven validity and reliability.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessCareer Sustainability; Sustainable Career; Scale AdaptationTURKISH ADAPTATION OF THE CAREER SUSTAINABILITY SCALEArticle1021119113510.30798/makuiibf.1218928WOS:001045333700012Q4
