In refractory status epilepticus, despite treatment with conventional antiepileptic drugs, seizures continue or baseline values of consciousness between seizures do not return. Status epilepticus due to a brain tumor may be resistant to antiepileptic therapy. A case of refractory status epilepticus controlled by steroid application is presented in this report and discussed in the light of literature. © 2013 Düzce Medical Journal.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessBrain tumourStatus epilepticusSteroidRefractory status epilepticus that responded to steroid applicationSteroid vermeyi takiben düzelen dirençli status epileptikusArticle15344462-s2.0-84940238942Q3
