In this study, it was aimed to detection strain identification of E. granulosus obtained from liver and lungs of cattle slaughtered in Kirikkale region. For this aim, mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (COI) and 12S rRNA genes of E. granulosus isolates amplified by specific primers and then COI gene sequence was made.
