By accelerating the businesses, organizations have become much more competitive. On the other hand they sometimes may suffer from the technology with the malevolently usage by the employees what is called as cyberloafing. Apart from other reasons to lead employees to this behavior, an unjust environment can cause cyberloafing to neutralize the situation. This research aims to investigate the relationship between four dimensioned organizational justice and cyberloafing on the administrative employees of a public university in Turkey.
