Therefore, the consumer is a veryimportant variable, especially in terms of acceptance. In addition, although goods are concrete and service isan abstract concept in this equation, shopping will become possible thanks to the decision-making, bargaining,preference and acceptance of the consumer as a thinking entity. In other words, in any shopping transaction ofa human consumer; knowingly or unknowingly feelings, thoughts and behaviors will be able to make animpact. When this situation is taken into consideration in a significant way, it makes today's trading systemsof developed economies consumer-centric. Therefore, many legal and administrative regulations are made forthe protection of the consumer within this system. As a matter of fact, it is the consumer who is weak in termsof protecting and guaranteeing their rights from these variables. In the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law onthe Protection of the Consumer, the right of withdrawal is regulated in detail in the service with defective goodsand consumer contracts. When the same law is analyzed from the consumer point of view, there is no doubtabout the validity of the withdrawal provisions brought in favor of the consumer. Based on these opinions, theaim of the study is; it is aimed at further developing the existing right and possibility of withdrawal in non commercial sales between cash and preparations. Its contribution to the field indicates the importance of thestudy.
