To adopt these specified new values in society, we need regular, continuous, consistent training. It can be possible with education and its curriculum. In general sense, education curriculums include a systematic plans about both inside and outside educational activities. The purpose of the study is to show how Turkish Republic has built a nation with democratic and active individuals with its primary school curriculums. In this direction the data were obtained from documentary reviewing. To sum up; in the early years of the Turkish Republic's nationalist and secular individuals; in the years of multi-party era democratic individual, and in the 1980s pragmatic individuals such to integrate the society were the profile of the citizens.
