On the higher education area in which quality and perfection mentality has increased, the continuity for success of universities is up to produce solutions with a strategic approach facing quick change and transformation. The aims of preparing strategic plan of universities in Turkey which are affected by some internal and external factors like the ones in the world are academic assesment and to form quality development system; to associate strategic plans with development plans and programs.
