We present a case who had had laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair 6 months ago and reffered us with prostatisme symptoms and testicular atrophy. We demonstrate the findings on gray-scale and color Doppler sonography with a man with testicular ischemia after hernia repair. No intratesticular blood flow was identified by color doppler sonography and as well as gray-scale demonstrating well-defined region of decreased echogenicity. Gray-scale sonography accompanied with color Doppler sonography has valuable role in evaulating the most dreaded complications of inguinal hernia repair, testicular ischemia.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessColor Doppler imagingComplicationLaparascopic inguinal hernia repairTesticular atrophyTesticular ischemiaA rare complication after laparascopic inguinal hernia repair: Testicular ischemia, ultrasonography and color Doppler findingsConference Object4531941952-s2.0-34247278761Q4
