The first chapter is devoted to introduction and source summaries, some general information is given and the soyrces are summarized. In the second part, some definitions, theorems and lemmas to be used in the thesis are given. In the third chapter, the creation of operatör and some features and lemmas provided by the operatör are given. In the fourth chapter, derivatives of operatör and pointvise convergence for derivatives, asymptotic expansion and error estimation theorems are given.
