Bunun için üretim planının gerçeğe yakın hazırlanması gerekmektedir. Bununla birlikte işletmeler bugünü değil gelecekte yapacakları üretimi de planlamalı ve stok maliyeti, zaman, işgücü, para gibi kaynaklarını etkin olarak kullanabilmek ve israfı önlemek maksadıyla gerekli tedbirleri almalıdırlar. Talep tahmini üretim planlamasının ilk adımıdır. Bundan dolayı üretim planlarının güvenilir olması talep tahminlerinin yapılmasına bağlıdır. Bu çalışmada, sayısal ve sayısal olmayan talep tahmin yöntemleri örneklerle anlatılmış ve Ankara'da fens teli imalatı yapan bir işletmede sayısal talep tahmin yöntemleri MS-Excel programı ve SPSS İstatistik programı kullanılarak uygulanmış ve elde edilen tahminler yorumlanmıştır. In order to achieve this, the production plan needs to be prepared as actual as possible.In addition, factories should plan their production not only for the time being, but also for future, and they should take necessary precautions so as to use their resources such as cost of stock, time, workforce and money effectively and prevent the extravagance. Demand forecast is the first step of production plan. For that reliable plan of production is due to demand forecast. In this thesis numerical and nonnumerical demand forecast methods were explained by examples and numerical demand forecast methods were used with MSExcel programme and SPSS in a cage wired hedgerowies productor management ın Ankara and obtained predictions were interpreted.
