| dc.description.abstract | Hileli ve taksirli iflas suçlarına uygulamada sıkça rastlanmaktadır. Bu açıdan iflas suçları denildiğinde akla ilk olarak hileli ve taksirli iflas suçları gelmektedir. Söz konusu suç tipleri hakkında doğru tespitlerde bulunulabilmesi için sadece ceza hukuku bilgisi yeterli olmayıp aynı zamanda icra-iflas hukukunun uzmanlık gerektiren çoğu ayrıntısı hakkında da bilgi sahibi olunması gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada yeri geldikçe icra-iflas hukukuyla ilgili kavramlara değinilerek bu kavramların ifade ettikleri anlamlar ortaya konulmaya çalışılacak ve konuyla ilgili çözüm önerileri sunulacaktır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Crime of fraudulent bankruptcy and crime of negligent bankruptcy are frequently encountered in practice. In this respect, when bankruptcy crimes are mentioned, crime of fraudulent bankruptcy and crime of negligent bankruptcy come to mind firstly. In order to enable accurate detections about these types of crimes, knowledge of Criminal Law is not enough; it is necessary to dominate most of the details of Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law which require expertise. In this context, when the occasion arises, concepts about Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law will be mentioned and it will be assessed how these concepts should be understood. | en_US |
