| dc.description.abstract | Anonim şirketlerde, şirket ortaklarının ve alacaklılarının korunması oldukça önemlidir. Ayrıca, yatırımcıların korunması ve ticari hayatta anonim şirketlere duyulan güvenin sağlanması bu tür şirketlerin etkin bir şekilde denetlenmesi ile mümkündür. Bu nedenle 6102 sayılı TTK ile anonim şirketlerin denetiminde köklü değişiklikler yapılmıştır.
