Abstract

Bu çalışma Türk Dil Kurumu Kütüphanesinde yazma A/79 numarasıyla kayıtlı olan "Tefsir-i Cüz'-i Amme" adlı eserin çevriyazımını, dil özellikleri incelemesini ve dizinini konu almaktadır. Çalışmaya konu olan tefsir Ebu'l-Leys Semerkandî'nin Bahru'l-ulûm adlı tefsirinden Türkçeye kimin tarafından çevirildiği bilinmeyen bir nüshasından Osman bin Mûsâ tarafından istinsah edilmiş 89 yapraklık bir kısmıdır. Yazmada Kur'an-ı Kerim'in 78. suresi olan Nebe Suresinden itibaren 37 surenin meal ve tefsiri yer alır. Tezin amacı, Eski Anadolu Türkçesinin karakteristik özelliklerini taşıyan, kendine özgü bir söz varlığı barındıran ve Oğuz Türkçesinin atası olarak adlandırılan bir döneme ait eserin gün yüzüne çıkarmaktır. Bu eser üzerinden dönemin dilbilgisine ışık tutabilecek ses, şekil ve cümle özelliklerine katkı sunmak, Türk dilinin gelişme tarihine dair var olan bilgilere katkı sunabilecek bulgulara ulaşmaktır. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın amacı, sınırları ve yöntemi ile eser, müstensih ve yazar hakkında kısaca bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde metin ses bilgisi, ikinci bölümde şekil bilgisi incelemesi metinden örneklerle yer alır. Üçüncü bölüm çevriyazılı metin, dördüncü bölüm de dizin-sözlük bölümüdür. Bu bölümde kelimelerin eserde hangi anlamlarda geçtiği, varak ve satır numarası verilerek açıklanmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde eserin incelenmesi sonucunda elde edilen ve dönemin dilbilgisine katkı sunabilecek bulgular yer alır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Eski Anadolu Türkçesi, Amme Cüzü, Tefsir.

The present study focuses on the transcription, analysis of linguistic properties and index of work named "Tefsir-i Cüz-i Amme" registered at Turkish Language Association Library with number A/79. The interpretation is a 89-page part of the copied work by Osman bin Mûsâ from an unknown translation of Ebu'l-Leys Semerkandî's Bahru'l-ulûm. The meaning and interpretation of 37 surah from the 78th surah, namely Nebe, is found in the copy. The aim of the thesis is to unearth a work belonging to a period which is believed to be a ancestor of Oghuz Turkish and which has the characteristics of Old Anatolian Turkish and distinctive vocabulary. To make some phonetic, morphologic and syntactic contributions that would bring light to the properties of the period and to reach data that would contribute to the information related to developmental history of Turkish language. The study consists of introduction and four other chapters. The introductory part contains the aim, range and methods of the study. In addition to it information about the transcription, its writer and copyist. The first chapter deals with the phonetic properties of the text and its explanation. The second chapter analyzes the morphological properties compared with the examples out of the work. The third chapter consists of the transcribed version. The fourth chapter consist of the index-glossary of the copy. This chapter deals with the meaning of the used vocabulary in the source, wich is cited with page and line numbers. Finally, the research results presented are in the context of a potential contribution of historical linguistic structures of the text.
