Sosyal hareketler 'Ankara Üniversitesi, ODTÜ, Çankırı Karatekin Üniversitesi, Kırıkkale Üniversitesi örnekleri ile son on yılda Türkiye'de öğrenci hareketleri'

Abstract

Bu çalışma, yüksek lisans tezi olarak hazırlanmış olup, sosyal ve siyasal hareketler kapsamında Ankara Üniversitesi, ODTÜ, Çankırı Karatekin Üniversitesi ve Kırıkkale Üniversitesi örnek alınarak son on yılda bu dört üniversitenin öğrencileri tarafından ortaya koyulan sosyal ve siyasi eylemlerin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Geçmişten günümüze değişen siyasal, sosyal, ekonomik hayat ve en önemli faktör olarak gençlikte meydana gelen değişimler dikkate alınarak sosyal inşaacılık ve kültürel çerçeveleme teorileri başta olmak üzere siyaset kuramları tezde teorik çerçeveyi oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın kapsamı; 1950 olayları ve yaşanan ekonomik, sosyal, siyasal buhranlar ile akabinde yaşanan askeri darbe, daha sonrasında 1970 olayları ve 1980 darbesi de dâhil olmak üzere, son on yıl temel alınarak, günümüze kadar gençliğin içinden geçtiği süreçlerden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışma da öğrenciler üzerine yapılan araştırmalar, makaleler, ilgili kitap ve tez çalışmaları, gazete haberleri literatür taraması yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Çalışma kesimi üniversiteli gençlikten oluşmaktadır. Üniversite gençliği gerek sosyal hayatta aldıkları roller, gerekse gelecekte sahip olacakları statüleri açısından diğer gençlik gruplarından ayrılmaktadır. Çalışmada üniversitelerde bulunan resmi öğrenci topluluklarından aktif olanlarına yer verilirken, gayri resmi öğrenci toplulukları üzerinde de durulmuştur. Üniversitelerde, YÖK yönetmeliğine aykırı olarak ortaya çıkan topluluklar, "Kolektif Öğrenci Toplulukları", "Parti Gençlik Kolları" olarak belirlenirken, terör örgütlerini desteklemek amaçlı ortaya çıkan topluluklar çalışmaya dahil edilmemiştir. This study, which is a master thesis prepared with the scope of social and political movements, was prepared in order to evaluate the social and political activities performed by students taking the examples of Ankara University, Middle East Technical University, Çankırı Karatekin University ve Kırıkkale University in last ten years. Political theories, especially the social constructivisim theory and cultural framing, constitute the theoretical frame of the thesis taking into account the changing political, social and economical life day by day, and the changes occurring in the youth - the most important factor. The scope of the study is the 1950 events and social, economical and political depressions which was followed by military coup and the periods including 1970 events and military coup in 1980 experienced by youth taking the last ten years as basis until. In this study, student surveys, articles, related books, thesis studies and newspaper reports were investigated by literature review method. The sample of this thesis is students studying in university. University students are differentiated from the other young groups because of their social roles and the prospective status which they will have in the future. Active official student clubs in the universities were included in the study and also unofficial student groups were emphasized in the study. The student groups in the universities which are not in accordance with the YÖK regulations were stated as "Collective Student Communities", "Party Youth Sectio" on the other hand, groups which were established in order to support terrorist organizations were not included in the study.
