Günümüz Türk eğitim sistemi ve öğrenci profili (Kırıkkale örneği)

Abstract

Bu çalışma, ülkemiz eğitim sisteminde son 15 yılda meydana gelen değişiklikler ve bu değişikliklerin ortaya çıkardığı sorunları ortaya koymak, ayrıca eğitim sistemindeki bu sorunların ortaöğretim okullarına yansıması ve bu sorunların gölgesinde nasıl bir öğrenci profilinin ortaya çıktığını sorgulamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle teorik kısımda eğitim sisteminde son zamanlarda ön plana çıkan sorunlar üzerinde durulmuş, daha sonra sistemdeki bu sorunların ortaöğretim okullarında yol açtığı sorunlara yer verilerek, bu sorunların ortaya çıkardığı öğrenci profilini tespit etmek amacıyla Kırıkkale İli özelinde ortaöğretim okullarında anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya veri toplamak amacıyla hazırlanan anket formu, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı Kırıkkale il merkezindeki çeşitli türdeki sekiz lisede 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılında öğrenim görmekte olan 280 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 23 programında analiz edilmiş ve parametrik test tekniklerinden ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Tüm bu çalışmalar sonucunda eğitim sistemimizde eskiden beri var olan sorunların çözülemediği gibi dünyadaki gelişmelere paralel olarak eğitim sistemimizde yapılan değişikliklerle yeni sorunların gündeme geldiği ve buna bağlı olarak da sorunlu bir öğrenci profilinin ortaya çıktığı görülmektedir. Bu sorunlu öğrenci profilinin ortadan kaldırılıp geleceğe güvenle adım atacak, ülkesini daha ileriye taşıyacak bir gençliğin oluşması için de sadece eğitim sistemi ve okullara değil, toplumun tüm kurumlarına önemli görevler düştüğü sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. This work has been done to put forward to the changes which accured in the last 15 years and the problems which these changes has made and also the reflectıon of these problems to secondary educatıon and to questıon what kınd of student profile could appear in the shadow of these problems. İn this point, firstly, in theoratical section, it has been dealt with the problems which occured in the educatıon system recently, than it has been handled with the problems which occured at the secondary educatıon and by the aıd of this, some surveys has been made at secondary schools in Kırıkkale to demonstrate the student profile which these problems has made. The survey form which is prepared for gathering informatıon for the inquiry has been applied to 280 students who has been educating in 2015-2016 educatıon year, in eight different high schools related to Ministry of Educatıon, in the centre of Kırıkkale city. The datas which were hadled has been analysed at SPSS 23 programme and ANOVA test which is a parametric test has been used. At the end of all these studies, it has been seen that, these problems which have been appeared in our educatıon system can not be solued and however new problems have occured corres pondingly to the development in the World with the changes which are made in our educatıon system and related to these events a new student profile with the problem has appeared. And the and of these studies, it has been seen that for disappearing this student profile with the problem and for creating a youth which take step to the future safely and also carrying the country into the future, not only the educatıon system and schools but also all the establishments in the society have to make their duties.
