Enflasyonun işletmelerin çalışma sermayeleri üzerindeki etkileri

Abstract

ÖZET Fiyat mekanizmasının rasyonel işleyişini bozan enflasyonun, işletmelerin çalışma sermayeleri üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Öncelikle işletmelerin çalışma sermayesi ihtiyaçlarını etkileyen faktörler (işletme içi ve işletme dışı) ve bu faktörlerin işletmelerin çalışma sermayesi unsurlarında meydana getirdikleri değişiklikler araştırılmıştır. İşletmelerin çalışma sermayesi ihtiyaçlarında meydana gelen değişiklikler, genel olarak üç temel faktörün bileşkesidir. Bu faktörler; - Yönetimde meydana gelen etkinlik ve verimlilik değişmesi, - İşletmelerin faaliyet hacimlerindeki (satışlarındaki) değişme, ve - Enflasyonun etkisidir. Çalışmanın sonucunda, işletmelerin çalışma sermayesi ihtiyaçlarındaki değişmenin önemli bir kısmının enflasyondan kaynaklandığı tespit edilmiştir. Enflasyon işletmelerin çalışma sermayesi ihtiyaçlarını artırmakta ve çalışma sermayesi unsurları arasında etkin bir dağılıma gitmelerini önlemektedir.

ABSTRACT The subject of this study is to analyse effect of inflation, which damages rational functioning of price mechanism on working capitals of businesses. Firstly, we have searched factors that effect needs of working capital of businesses (external and internal) and changes occurred through those factors in elements of working capital of businesses. Changes, that were existed in the needs of working capital of businesses are generally resultants of there factors, those factors are, - Changes, on activity and productivity of management - Changes on activities (on sales) of businesses, and - Effect of inflation, As a conclusion, we have determined that, changes on the needs of working capital of businesses, arises from inflation in a great extent. Inflation increases the needs of working capital of businesses and prevents active separation working capital elements. II
