Türkiye ve AB'de KOBİ'lerin rekabet edebilirliği için teknolojik yeniliğin önemi

Abstract

Türkiye ve AB ülkelerinde KOBİ'lerin önemini ortaya koymayı amaçlayan ve bu bağlamda teknolojik yeniliklerinin artırılarak rekabet edebilirliklerini sağlamaya yönelik teşvik ve politikaların öneminden bahsettiğimiz bu çalışma, dört bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde KOBİ'ler hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiş, ülkemiz ve AB ülkeleri açısından önemi vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca KOBİ'lerin genel olarak sorunlarına değinilmiş, özellikle finansman ve beraberinde getirdiği Ar-Ge sorunları değerlendirilmiştir.İkinci bölümde, teknoloji ve yeniliğin dünya literatüründe nasıl tanımlandığı, teknoloji ve yenilik arasındaki ilişkinin boyutu ve bu alandaki gelişmelerin KOBİ'leri nasıl etkilediği ortaya konulmuştur.Üçüncü bölümde, KOBİ'lerin geliştirilmesine yönelik yapılan Ar-Ge faaliyetlerine, bu faaliyetlerin Türkiye'deki ve AB'deki mevcut durumuna değinilmiş, sayısal bilgiler desteğiyle KOBİ'lere olan etkileri incelenmiştir.Teknoloji ve yenilik kavramının KOBİ'ler için önemi vurgulandıktan sonra çalışmanın son bölümünde KOBİ'lerin rekabet gücünü artırmaya yönelik destekler, uygulanması gereken yenilik stratejileri ve teknolojik yeniliklerin rekabet edebilirlik açısından önemi vurgulanmıştır. Ayrıca, Türkiye ve AB'de KOBİ'lerin rekabet gücüne ilişkin genel bir değerlendirme yapılarak, öngörülerde bulunulmuştur.

This study wishes to put forward the importance of SMEs (Small and Medium Size Enterprise) in Turkey and EU countries. In this regard the study undertakes simulation and political policies to enhance in technological improvements leading to competitiveness of SMEs. This study divides up four sections.In the first section, the study provides general information on SMEs. By doing so it emphasized importance for Turkey and EU countries. In addition the problems, especially financial and R&D problems that goes together with financial problem, with that SMSEs face also is examined in this part.In the second section, how the literature describes technology and innovation, aspects of the connection between technology and innovation and influences of change in those two on SMEs is discussed.In third section, in order to increase in development of SMEs what kind of works are undertaken in terms of R&D and existing R&D activities in Turkey and EU countries are mentioned and related statistical data are used to investigate them on SMEs.After emphasizing importance of technology and innovation for SMEs, the last section of the study mentions stimulations, innovation strategies that need to be implemented and emphasizing the importance of technological innovations to increase competitive strength of SMEs. Further, the study provides a general assessment related to competitive strength of SMEs in Turkey and EU and inferences in this regard.
