1980 sonrası uygulanan iktisat politikalarının türk dış ticareti üzerine etkisi

Abstract

1980 Sonrası Uygulanan ktisat Politikalarının Türk Dış TicaretiÜzerindeki Etkisi? isimli bu çalışmada 1980 sonrası ktisat Politikalarınındeğişmesiyle birlikte ekonomik yapıda meydana gelen değişimi; bu değişiminihracat ve ithalat kanalıyla Dış Ticaret Hadleri üzerine etkisinin incelenmesiniamaçlamıştır.Bu tez çalışması üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde dış ticaretinamacı, dış ticaret araçları, genel olarak teorideki dış ticaret politikaları, Türkiye'de1923 yılından itibaren uygulanan iktisat politikaları ve bu politikaların ithalat veihracat yoluyla dış ticaret üzerindeki etkisi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.kinci bölümde; 1980 sonrası uygulanan iktisat politikalarına geçişinnedenleri, uygulanan politikanın teorik temelleri, ana hatları anlatılmayaçalışılmış, ihracat teşvikleri incelenerek teşviklerin ekonomiye katkılarıdeğerlendirilmiştir. 1980 sonrası ekonomi politikalarında yapılan bu köklüdeğişimin ihracat ve ithalatta meydana getirdiği değişimler ve ortaya çıkan yenidış ticaret yapısı anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde; 1980 öncesi ve sonrası dönemler itibariyle günümüzekadar ihracatı teşvik aracı olan kur politikaları incelenmiş uygulanan kurpolitikalarının dış ticaret üzerindeki etkileri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıcakurulan ekonometrik modelde ihracat ile döviz kuru- ithalat arasındaki, thalat ilede döviz kuru- gsmh arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir bulunan sonuçlardeğerlendirilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Dış Ticaret, ktisat Politikası, 24 Ocak Kararları, TeşvikPolitikaları, Döviz kuru

Our study called ?The Effect of Economic Politics on Turkish ForeignTrade Implemented After 1980? aims at analyzing changes in economic structurein conjunction with changing economic policies after 1980; the effect of thischange on foreign trade rates through the channel of export and import.Our thesis consists of three sections. First and second sections areestablished on theoretical basis in general. In the last section, the evaluationsmade in the previous sections are tried to be proved using econometric method.In the first section, the aim of international trade, international tradeinstruments, general theoretical international trade policies, the economic policyimplemented in Turkey since 1923 and their implications on international trade byimport and export are tried to be explained.In the second section, the main features of theoretical basis for transitionto the economic policies implemented after 1980 are tried to be explained, byanalyzing export incentives, their contributions to the economy are evaluated.The implications of this fundamental change in the economic policies after 1980on export and import and the new foreign trade are tried to be explained.In the third section, foreign exchange policies which have been used asexport incentives before and after 1980 until today are tried to be analyzed, theimplications of foreign exchange policies on foreign trade are tried to beexplained. Besides, by economic model established, the relationship betweenexport and foreign exchange rate-import, and also import foreign exchange rate- gross national product are analyzed, and the results are evaluated.Key words: Foreign Trade, Economic Policy, January 24 Decisions,Foreign Exchange Rate
