Farklı cimnastik dallarındaki 9-12 yaş grubu yarışmacı kızların denge, esneklik ve antropometrik özelliklerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Farklı Cimnastik Dallarındaki 9-12 Yaş Grubu Yarışmacı Kızların Denge, Esneklik ve Antropometrik Özelliklerinin Karşılaştırılması Bu çalışmanın amacı, artistik, ritmik, aerobik ve trampolin cimnastik dallarındaki 9-12 yaş grubu yarışmacı kızların denge, esneklik ve antropometrik özelliklerinin dallara özgü farklılıkların incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini minikler ve küçükler kategorisinde Ankara, İzmir ve Bolu illerinde en az 3 yıl yarışmacı olan 9-12 yaş aralığında toplam 40 bayan cimnastikçi oluşturmaktadır. Artistik (n=10, 1,31±,04 cm, 29,30±3,21 kg), ritmik (n=10, 1,36±,02 cm, 29,07±1,61 kg), aerobik (n=10, 1,34±,10 cm, 29,92±5,98 kg), trampolin (n=10, 1,34±,05 cm, 28,90±2,68 kg) . Araştırma kapsamında boy, kilo, antropometrik testler, Y-balance, flamingo denge, otur - uzan, goniometre ile esneklik ölçümleri uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 24,0 paket programı kullanılmış ve hata payı 0.05 olarak belirlenmiştir. Normal dağılım göstermeyen çoklu karşılaştırmalarda Kuskall Wallis H- Testi ve gruplar arası farklılığın belirlenmesinde Post Hoc testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda sporcuların yaş, boy, vücut ağırlığı, vücut kitle indeksleri ve otur-uzan esneklik değerleri birbiriyle benzerlik gösterirken trampolincilerin vücut yağ yüzdesinin diğer dallardan daha yüksek olduğu ve endomorfik bir yapıda olduklarını, aerobik ve artistik dallarının mezomorfik, ritmik cimnastikçilerin ise ekto-mezo olduklarını söyleyebiliriz. Esneklikde ritmikçiler en iyi olup dinamik denge de diğer 3 dalın gerisinde kalmışlardır. Statik denge de ise artistik ve ritmik cimnastikçiler aerobik ve trampolincilerden daha dengeli bulunmuş olup elde ettiğimiz sonuçların dalların özelliklerini yansıttığını düşünmekteyiz. The aim of this study is to examine the branch - specific differences of equilibrium, flexibility and anthropometric properties of the 9-12 age group girls in the branches of artistic, rhythmic, aerobic and trampoline gymnastics. The sample of the study consists of 40 famale gymnasts in the age group of 9-12, who are competitors for at least 3 years in Ankara, İzmir and Bolu in the minors category. Kruskall Wallis H-Test was used for multiple comparisons which did not show normal distribution and Post Hoc test was used to determine the differences between the groups. As a result of the research, athletes age, height, body weight, body mass indexes and sit-and-lie flexibility values are similar to each other, while the body fat percentage is higher than other branches and endomorphic structure, aerobic and artistic branches of the mesomorphic, rhythmic gymnastics are ecto-meso. I can say. The rhythmicists are the best in flexibility and the dynamic balance lags behind the other 3 branches. In static balance, artistic and rhythmic gymnasts were more balanced than aerobics and trampolists, and we think that the results we obtained reflect the characteristics of the branches.
