3T risk değerlendirmesi yönteminin etkinliğinin arttırılmasına yönelik bir yaklaşım

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, imalat sanayii için 3T Risk Değerlendirmesi Yöntemi ele alınmış, yöntemin 3x3'lük matris tablosunda, hangi satırın seçilmesi gerektiğine iki bilimsel yöntemle yaklaşılmıştır. Bu yöntemler Elmeri – İmalat Sanayisinde İş Sağlığı Ve Güvenliğini İzleme Yöntemi ile Hata Türü ve Etkileri Analizi (FMEA) yöntemleridir. Bu yöntemlerin bazı özellikleri kullanılarak 3T Risk Değerlendirmesinde satır seçiminin nasıl daha objektif şekilde yapılabileceği tartışılmıştır. Ayrıca uygulama örnekleri yapılarak yöntemlerin nasıl kullanılması gerektiği açıklanmış ve matris tablosunda en doğru risk puanına ulaşabilmek adına başarılı neticeler elde edilmiştir.

In this study, 3T Risk Assessment Method for the manufacturing industry was considered and two scientific methods were used to determine which row should be selected in the 3x3 matrix table. These methods are ELMERI (Monitoring Method for Occupational Health and Safety in the Manufacturing Industry) and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) methods. Using some of the features of these methods, it has been discussed how the row selection can be made more objectively in 3T Risk Assessment. Furthermore, application examples were performed in order to explain the usage of methods and successful results were achieved in order to reach the right risk points on the matrix table.
