Dr. Ergin HAMZAOĞLUŞUBAT 2006Son kayıtlara göre Türkiye `de 9222 bitki türü yetişmektedir ve bunlardan birkısmı tıbbi bitki olarak kullanılmaktadır. Heracleum L. (Umbelliferae) cinsinindünyada 700'den fazla türü bulunmaktadır. Cins Türkiye'de toplam 22 taksonile (17 tür) temsil edilir ve bunlardan 7 tanesi endemiktir. Bu çalışmada,Türkiye Heracleum cinsine ait 5 endemik taksonun yapraklarından uçucuyağlar elde edilmiş ve bunların antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri enfeksiyon oluşturanShigella sp., Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Escherichia coli ATCC11229,Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212, Streptococcus pyogenes ATCC 19615,Candida krusei ATCC 6258, Candida albicans ATCC 90028 ve Candidaalbicans ATCC 8459581 gibi bakteri ve funguslara karşı denenmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Heracleum, Umbelliferae, antimikrobiyal etki, uçucu yağlar | en_US |

Prof. Dr. Ergin HAMZAOĞLUFEBRUARY 2006According to recent records, there are 9222 species of plants growingin Turkey, and some of them are used as medical plants. There are morethen 700 kinds of Heracleum L. (Umbelliferae) species in the world. Thisspecies is represented by 22 taxons (17 kinds) in Turkey, and 7 of them areendemic taxons. In this study, essencial oils were extracted from the leafs of5 endemic taxons, and their antimicrobial activities were tested against suchbacteria and fungus as Shigella sp., Corynebacterium diphtheriae,Escherichia coli ATCC11229, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212,Streptococcus pyogenes ATCC 19615, Candida krusei ATCC 6258, Candidaalbicans ATCC 90028 and Candida albicans ATCC 8459581.Key Words: Heracleum, Umbelliferae, antimicrobial effect, essensial oils | en_US |
