Abstract

ÖZET Jandarma polisin görev almadığı vurdun büyük bir kısmında, yasaların ve nizamın koruyucusu,uygulanmasmm sağlayıcısı, vatandaşın can ve mal güvenliğinin teminatı,ülkemizin en ücra köşelerinde görev yapan silahlı kuvvetlerin bir temsilcisi olmak gibi çok geniş görevlerle de.. 1 *. 1**1 *. yükümlüdür. İlde valiler,ilçede kaymakamlar kanunlarla verilen genel güvenlik hizmetlerinin sorumluluğunu,mülki amirler iç güvenlik kuvetleriyle ifa ederler.Bu iç güvenlik kuvvetlerinden Türk Jandarması; emniyet ve asayiş ile kamu düzeninin korunmasını sağlayan,diğer kanun ve nizamların verdiği görevleri yerine getiren,silahlı askeri bir güvenlik kuvvetidir. Jandarmaya başta 2803 sayılı Jandarma Teşkilat, görev ve Yetkileri kanunu olmak üzere çok sayıda mülki, adli ve askeri mevzuat görev vermektedir.2803 sayılı Jandarma Teşkilat, Görev ve yetkileri Kanunu gereğince jandarmanın,mülki, adli, askeri, ve diğer görevleri olmak üzere dört ana görevi bulunmaktadır.

ABSTRACT The corp of gendarmes. are obligate to protect the laws and the structur of society, to save the citizens possession and life working as the a representative of the army in the places where police don't take any function. In the cities by governors, in the districts by the officials charged with governing a provinc district, the chiefs are authorized by the law to arrange the interior security. And the gendarmes are one of the security forces who is protecting the public's social order and doing the works cohich are allowed by the laws. According to the law article 2803 which is named "The Organization.Duties And Authority Of The Gendarme"the gendarmes are obligated with many civil, judi and military laws. And so, they have four main dutu to make which is.
