Şevket Bulut ve hikayeciliği

Abstract

ÖZET Her yönü ile Anadolu'nun gündeme gelmesi Tanzimat ile başlamış, Cumhuriyetten sonra da hikaye başta olmak üzere edebiyatta işlenmiştir. Anadolu insanının yaşayışını ve problemlerini, Anadolu gerçeğinden aynlmayarak ele alan Şevket Bulut, bu yönü ile çalışmamızın konusu olmuştur. Çalışmamız iki bölümden meydana gelmiştir. Birinci bölümde Anadolu insanını her yönü ile tanıma imkanı bulmuş Şevket Bulut'un hayatı ve sanat anlayışı üzerinde durulmuştur. Yazarın ailesine, çocukluğuna, öğrenim hayatına, memuriyetine, evliliğine, eşine, çocuklarına, mizacına dair bilgiler 12 Ekim 1995 tarihli İbrahim Erşahin'e yazdığı otobiyografiden, eşi ve kızı ile yaptığımız röportajlardan ve kendisi ile çeşitli zamanlarda yapılan röportajlardan edinilmiştir. Şevket Bulut'un hikayelerini ; konu, vaka, zaman, mekan, şahıs kadrosu, bakış açısı ve üslup açılarından incelediğimiz ikinci bölüme; hikayenin Türk ve dünya edebiyatındaki tarihi gelişimi ile başladık. Hikayelerinde geçen yöresel üç yüz otuz iki kelimeden oluşan sözlük çalışması, mektup ve fotoğraflardan oluşan ekler de bu bölümde yer almaktadır. Toplum için edebiyat anlayışına bağlı kalarak ideoloji katmadan yazdığı klasik tarz hikayeleri İle bir memleket Mkayecisi olan Şevker3u1uT'un hayâtını ve eseflerini incelediğimiz bu çalışmamızla onun Türk hikayeciliğindeki yerini belirlemeye çalıştık. ABSTRACT Beginning with Tanzimat, Anatolia had been putted on the agenda and after the Republic it had been studied in detail in every branch of literature, the story being at the top. Şevket Bulut the story teller, who considered the life and problems of Anatolian people by taking Anatolia reality into consideration, is the subject of this study with respect to his point of view. This study is composed of two chapters. In the first chapter, we studied the life and- point of view of art of Şevket Bulut, who had enabled to acquaint the Anatolian people from every aspect of life. The information about his family, childhood, studentship, and education, civil service, marriage, wife and children and his characteristics was taken from the autobiography written to Ibrahim Erşahin on 12 October 1995. Moreover the interviews we made with his wife and daughter and also with himself on several dates have been made use of in this study as a source. In the second chapter of this study, we first considered the historical development of the story in Turkish and world literature and then we handled the Şevket Bulut's stories in terms of subject, facts, time, places, characters, point of view and style. This chapter also includes a study of glossary composed of 332 local words used in his stories and appendices which consist of references and his photographs. As a result we tried to determine the position of Şevket Bulut, who has written his stories by taking the view "literature for society" and without adding his ideology, in Turkish story by investigating and discussing his life and works. tCfteSEKÖeRCTİM WMJVB DOK01UKIASYON MERKEZİ
