Eşler arası problemlerin çözümünde Hz. Peygamber'in rehberliği

Abstract

Hz. Peygamber, birçok konuda olduğu gibi eşler arası yaşanan problemlerin çözümünde de müminlere rehber, arabulucu ve hakem olmuştur. Allah Rasûlü'nün kendi ailesinde, eşleriyle ve eşlerinin birbirleriyle yaşadığı birtakım problemler meydana gelmiştir. Kaynaklarda yer alan bilgilerden bu sorunların, aynı anda birden çok eşin varlığından kaynaklandığı, kişilik farklılıkları ve eşlerin karakterlerinden dolayı ortayı çıktığı görülmektedir. Yaşanan bu sorunların arasında kıskançlık, eşlerin bazı talepleri ve nübüvvet evinin hanımlarının kişisel özellikler gelmiştir. Sahâbîleri ailelerinde de eşler arasında yaşanan bazı problemler farklı yollar ve sebeplerle Hz. Peygamber'e ulaşmıştır. Sahâbîler arasında yaşanan bu problemler, başta boşanma, şiddet, bazı Câhiliye alışkanlıkları olmak üzere cimrilik, eşe vakit ayırmama, eşi yetersiz görme, huyların beğenilmemesi gibi çeşitli hususlar olmuştur. Hz. Peygamber, bu problemleri çözmede olayların seyrine ve bulunduğu şartlara göre çözüm yolları geliştirmiştir. Rasûlullah'ın eşler arası problemlerdeki rehberliğine ait örnekler hadis kaynaklarında geniş bir şekilde yer bulmuştur. Hz. Peygamber'in eşler arasında yaşanan çeşitli problemlerin çözümüne dair sergilediği tutum ve davranışlar başta günümüz insanı olmak üzere her dönem ve toplumda yaşayan insanlar için son derece önemli bir örneklik teşkil etmektedir. Hz. Peygamber'in bu husustaki rehberliğinden yola çıkarak nitelikli ilkeleri tespit etmek çalışmamızın temel hedefleri arasındadır. Bu ilkelerin bilinmesi ve hayata geçirilmesi boşanmanın ve aile içi şiddetin giderek yaygınlaştığı günümüz toplumlarında ailenin korunması ve huzur ortamının temini noktasında mühim bir rol oynayacaktır. Çalışmada eşler arası problemleri konu edinen rivayetler kaynaklar taranarak tespit edilmiş ve rivayetler muhteva bakımından ele alınmıştır. Rivayetlerden yola çıkılarak çözüm sağlayıcı ilkelerin tespitine yönelik değerlendirmeler yapılmış ve bu ilkeler çalışmanın sonucunda verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Hz. Prophet Muhammad had been a guide, peacemaker, and referee for believers in solving problems between spouses, as in many other issues. In the Messenger of Allah's family, some problems occur between his wives and his wives with themselves. Considering the pieces of information in the sources, it is seen that these problems arise from the existence of more than one spouse at the same time and arise due to personality differences and the characters of the spouses. Among these problems experienced were jealousy, some demands of the spouses, and the personal characteristics of the wives of the Prophet. Some of the issues the Companions experienced between their wives reached the Prophet in different ways and reasons. These problems experienced among the Companions were various issues such as divorce, violence, ignorant habits, stinginess, not spending time with their spouses, seeing the spouse as inadequate, and disliking the characters. In solving these problems, Prophet Muhammad developed solutions according to the course of events and the conditions. The examples of the guidance of the Messenger of Allah in the problems between spouses have found a vast place in the hadith sources. The attitudes and behaviors of the Prophet regarding the solution of various problems experienced between spouses constitute an extremely important example for people living in every period and society, especially today's people. It is among the main goals of our study to determine qualified principles based on the guidance of the Prophet in this regard. Knowing and implementing these principles will play an important role in protecting the family and providing a peaceful environment in today's societies where divorce and violence are becoming increasingly common. In this study, the narrations about the problems between spouses were determined by scanning the sources, and the narrations were discussed in terms of their content. Based on the narrations, evaluations were made to determine solution-providing principles, which were tried to be given at the end of the study.
