Dakriyopsun cerrahi tedavisinde lezyon içi tripan mavisi ile renklendirilmiş viskoelastik enjeksiyonu

Abstract

Lakrimal bezin basit epitelyal kisti olan dakriyopsun cerrahi eksizyonu sırasında ince duvarında meydana gelecek perforasyon kistin kollapsına neden olarak cerrahiyi komplike hale getirebilir. Bu yazıda bu problemin üstesinden gelebilmek amacıyla 53 yaşında bir kadın hastada uygulanan dakriyops cerrahisinde lezyon içine tripan mavisi ile renklendirilmiş metil selüloz enjeksiyonu tarif edilmiştir. Bu sayede cerrahi işlemin kolaylaştığı ve komplikasyon riskinin azaldığı göz önüne alındığında dakriyops cerrahisinde faydalı bir modifikasyon olarak değerlendirilebilir. During the surgical excision of dacryops which is a simple cyst of the lacrimal gland, a perforation of the thin wall of the cyst may lead to collapse of the lesion and complicate the surgery. Here we describe trypan blue-colored methylcellulose injection in the surgery of dacryops performed in a 53-year-old female patient to overcome this problem. In this way, since the application of the injection reduces the risk of complications and facilitates the surgical procedure, it could be considered as a useful modification of dacryops surgery.
