    This article deals with a model of including before and after accident risk management in the elevator accident. Primarily elevator accident was classified; the reasons of accident were investigated. A study of risk analysis was carried out for a sample elevator and determining availability of accident was evaluated. Also at the end of the study, significance of model of risk management supervision of public places and legal requirements were interpreted.
