    The research aims to shed light on the forms of reception (effect and response) in the Umayyad contradictions, from two angles; On the level of form through simulation, and on the level of content by looking at the mechanism and style of reversing meanings. The research answers some of the problematic questions through representation and inference with poetic evidence; Including: How were the forms of reception that resulted from the Umayyad contradictions manifested between the famous Umayyad triangle: (Al-Farazdaq, Al-Akhtal and Jarir)? And what effects did it have on the recipients as intended poets and as a receiving audience? And what were the responses to it? In the answers provided to these questions lies the importance of the research and the value of what it presents and offers. The research relied on the inductive and then analytical approach based on the mechanisms of reception theory in approaching the literary text, as the different patterns of reception according to different readers necessarily lead to a different impact it has on the recipients and different responses. All of this is dependent on the recipient's culture and interests, and according to his environment and whims. This was indicated by the theory of phenomenology. Then she concluded the research with a conclusion that clarifies the most prominent desired goals achieved by the study, and the results it reached.
