Öğe New syntaxa from the west part of Central Anatolia(Pakistan Botanical Soc, 2004) Hamzaoglu, E; Aydogdu, M; Kurt, L; Cansaran, AThree plant communities in Central Anatolia are named, classified and briefly described. All the associations in the study area were attached to a new suballiance: Ebeno hirsutae-Thymenion leucostomi in the alliance Convolvulo holosericei-Ajugion salicifoliae Akman, Ketenoglu, Quezel & Demirors (1984) belonging to the order Onobrychido armenae-Thymetalia leucostomi Akman, Ketenoglu & Quezel (1985) and the class Astragalo microcephali-Brometea tomentelli Quezel (1973). This suballiance is formed by steppe communities spreading on the calcareous soils between Cihanbeyli (Konya) and Cifteler (Eskisehir) located in the west part of Central Anatolia.Öğe Phytosociological studies on salty steppe communities of Central Anatolia, Turkey(Brill Academic Publishers, 2004) Aydogdu, M; Kurt, L; Hamzaoglu, E; Ketenoglu, O; Cansaran, AThe salty steppe vegetation of the Central Anatolian subregion of the Irano-Turanian phytogeographical region was examined synecologically and syntaxonomically. In the vegetation surrounding the salt lakes of this region, a new alliance Achilleo wilhelmsii-Artemision santonici and two new associations belonging to it were described. These syntaxa were attached to order Onobrychido armenae-Thymetalia leucostomi Akman, Ketenoglu, Quezel 1985, which characterizes the Central Anatolian steppes, and the classic Astragalo microcephali-Brometea tomentelli Quezel 1973, which includes a vast part of the Turkey's steppe vegetation.
